full version a complete set of editing tools. They will allow players
not only to create their own tracks by modifying the existing ones but
also to create tracks resembling their favorite special stages from real
rallies. Besides of fully functional ChromEd
editor shipped with the game players will also be provided with a set
of 3DA file exporters (among them 3D Studio Max one) that will allow for
enhancing the game with any 3D models including cars. Thanks to using
Java as Xpand Rally's scripting language the game has an open architecture
allowing for creating players' own mods. This
lets creating not only user's own races or their
sequences but even completely new games.

on Chrome Engine 2004 and features:
- modifications of existing tracks by setting their new shape;
- modifications of the appearance of the tracks' environment by
adding new objects;
- changing the co-driver pace notes for tracks together with using
user's own samples;
- creating of completely new stages from scratch;
- implementing
in the game rally stages that exist in reality.

the first ChromEd usage movie.
3D models exporter and car liveries
On the moding dedicated website
users will be able to download the 3DA exporters. It will allow for exporting
3D models from i.e. 3D Studio MAX to the format supported by the game
and ChromEd. Thanks to that users will be able
to create and add to the game any models (e.g. for track's surrounding)
and the models of personally created cars.

It is also possible to change cars liveries and creating
user's own completely new ones. It is much easier thanks to sample white
textures provided with the game.
