1)letter's height and width is less than 100cm, calculated on the longest side;
Like: letter's size is: 40*45cm, price is 45cm*unit price (unit price/ cm)
2)letter's height and width is more than one meter, according to the square number calculation;
Like: letter's size is: 130cm*140cm, price is 1.3*1.4* unit price (unit price/ square)
