The performance characteristics of ARD inflatable rubber balloon

construction become simple and safety.
5.Construction technology is simple, safe, health, use it only need
a few simple tools, without special process. Only put the mandrel
into negative reinforcement cage, inflate air to achieve work
pressure, then pouring the concrete. When the concrete freezing,
put gas out mandrel , in thus complete the product component
forming, and it not pollute the environment.

Using of rubber inflatable mandrel:
1. Put the inflatable mandrel into the mold--pull inflatable
mandrel into steel reinforcement cage,and make the vertical joints
2. Start inflatable for mandrel
(1) Open the valve and inflatable air to setted press,then close
(2) Working press(See the sheet)
(1)Because the inflatable mandrel will float upward when vibrated
concrete,so you must fix up and down,and plus briquetting to
overcome on buoyancy.
(2)For φ250mm mandrel,the normal stirrup spacing is 80cm. If the
diameter increased,then the stirrup spacing will be reduced
4. Pouring of concrete
(1) The process of pouring of concrete is nearly same as solid
(2) Using high frequency plug-in vibrating rods from both sides at
the same time vibrators can avoid the mandrel moving around
(3) The vibrating rod ends can not contact the mandrel, in case
damaging the mandrel and leaking gas.
5. as the concrete component solidification then can empty gas from
the cavity, pulled out the capsule.
6. Wash the mandrel,test pressure and inspect.Storage and
maintenance of inflatable mandrel
A. After using,you need wash the mandrel cleanly with water; when
don't need to use,please storage the mandrel in the place of
ventilated and dry,and don't touch with oils, acids, alkalis
B. During the process of using on the spot,please must avoid touch
with sharp hard objects.
C. Every time after pulling inflatable mandrel out the mold,please
use brush(had better with nylon brush) and running water to wash,
removing the concrete on surface in order to keep the mandrel
D. If the mandrel leak gas and sealing film off,you can use
grinding wheel to burnish at the place needed repair and then brush
glue to cover the sealing film; for the damaged place of fiber, you
should use tape to cover for repairing.
