Introduction of Water cooling and Air cooling units with MSV-1078/4
refrigeration solenoid valve:
Generally, chillers are divided into water cooling and air cooling.
The air-cooled chiller contains a water tank and a water pump,
eliminating the need for cooling tower cooling. Easy to install and
move. However, the environmental requirements are high. First,
because it is cooled by hot air circulation, if the ventilation
effect of the installation workshop is not good, it will directly
affect the cooling effect of the chiller. In addition, if you want
to put the chiller in a dust-free workshop with humidity
requirements, it will generate a lot of water vapor on the top of
the machine.
The water-cooled chiller is divided into an open chiller, a sealed
type (some called a box chiller) and a screw chiller. Water-cooled
chillers must be equipped with additional cooling towers and pumps
to achieve better cooling. The open chiller has to be equipped with
a separate water tank, which is not necessary because it has a
built-in water tank. The open type is generally installed outside
the workshop for easy maintenance, but because it is not
aesthetically pleasing, a sealed water-cooled chiller is produced.
The sealed water-cooled chiller is a box structure that is easy to
install and easy to use, and is popular among the customers of
Meisen Refrigeration. However, if you have a very high demand for
cooling capacity, we recommend that you use a screw chiller. If you
have a chiller compressor requirement of 100HP or higher, we
recommend a screw chiller.
