Stainless Steel AISI 304.

Thickness:

1.2mm: 200w x 200h x 150d to 700w x 600h x 200d.

1.5mm: 800w x 600h x 300d and above.

Mounting Plate:

2mm Alu-zinc. Sizes above 800mm high have folded edges for added strength.

Construction:

Fully welded. The front lip of the enclosure is folded to provide rigidity and forms a gutter to keep liquids from the gasket.

Door:

Folded edges provide rigidity to the door. Doors open up to 120° and can be easily removed with lift-off type spring pin hinges. The gasket is continuous formed polyurethane which provides excellent sealing and a high IP rating over a very long life. Doors are provided with stainless steel double wing locks. A choice of locks and handles are available.

Body:

Folded and seam welded.

Door:

Corner formed in one piece. Surface mounted with 130° opening. Concealed
AISI 304 stainless steel hinges with captive pin. Can be mounted to give left or right
hand opening. For AISI 316L, sealing is ensured by an injected one piece silicone
gasket. Located on the inside of the door, are four welded studs for the mounting of
equipment profles.

Lock:

BJSS stainless steel customized zamak double-bit 3 mm lock with 90° movement and anti-vibration
mechanism. 1000 mm high enclosures and above have espagnolette three point
locking. Stainless steel lock and other versions are available as accessories.

Mounting plate:

The mounting plate is easy to install component

Cable access:

gland plate openings as standard to maximise sealing

Protection:

Corresponds with IP 66 | TYPE 4X, 12, 13 | IK 10.

For outdoor environments exposed to precipitation the use of a rain hood is advised,
also in environments known for quick temperature changes, consideration to
condensation should be taken.
