Small Conjunct Type CIP Cleaning System for Manually and Semi-auto

The system can perform the acid cleaning,alkali cleaning and hot water cleaning separately. And also the system can draw up the special full-auto cleaning program according to the request. It will not only can cleaning all the equipments efficiently,but also can limit the growing of the microorganism,meanwhile,we can also deploy the semi-auto and full-auto controlling system according to the customer's requirements.

This acid and alkali conjunct tank is designed according to sanitation requirements of food industry. It is made of high-quality stainless steel SUS316L (inside of barrel)/SUS304 (outside shell and others). In side of it adopt mechanical polishing, high-quality finish; cover, joint pipe and so on adopt circular act transition, no sanitation dead angle. We can also assemble inlet, outlet, level indicator, agitator, CIP cleaning ball, manhole, air vent etc. according to clients’ requirements.
