The Adjustment of the Folding Uniformity:

The agency uses a planetary gear differential mechanism and can be adjusted infinitely. It is made up by the rotatable shell and transmission mechanism. Inside the shell, there are planetary gears. Rotating the shell, the phase angle planetary gear can be changed. That is the plugging time of connecting folded pile can be changed so that the dough and the pile is centered (pile starting position unchanged), reaching the purpose of folding dough neatly.

Adjustment Methods:

When the upper part of noodle is long and the lower part is short, rotating the hand wheel counterclockwise. The screw rod rotation is driven by vice sprocket and it produces axial movement.

When the upper part of noodle is short and the lower part is long, rotating the hand wheel clockwise, which makes the speed of the cutting knife increase instantly and the dough can be folded neatly.
