In order to ensure the binding speed of books, different types of hot melt adhesives should be selected according to different machine speeds.

There are three types of hot melt adhesives according to the binding speed:

Low-speed glue binding hot melt adhesive (about 3600 copies/hour), the opening time of the low-speed machine is 15-20 seconds

Medium speed glue binding hot melt adhesive (about 8000 copies/hour), medium speed machine is 5 to 10 seconds

High-speed perfect binding hot melt adhesive (about 10,000 copies/hour), high-speed machine 2 to 7 seconds
