• No design template needed. Simply upload your logo when you order.
• You will receive a free PDF proof of your artwork within 24 hours of completing your order Monday through Friday. In most cases, you will receive your photo sample within 48 hours. We will not start your order into production until we have received approval.

Packaging:

1.Regular package. All goods will be securely packed to assure safe.

2.Pls advise or send pics of your standard export packaging.

1. Q: Can you accept customized designs?
A: Sure. We accept both OEM/ODM designs. We can make products according to your designs, we also have artists here who can offer artworks according to your design idea.

2. Q: May I have a sample for quality reference idea?
A: Of course. We can send you some of our existing samples for your reference idea and free cost. But you need to pay for the sample freight from our factory to your door.

3. Q:What is the payment term?
A: 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance payment before shipping.

4. Q:How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
A: For existing samples, it takes 1-3 days.

5. Q:How much the transportation freight will be?
A: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your area.
