Q1: What is the max length of the LED profile ?
A: Max in 3meters for air shipment, 5meters for sea shipment.

Q2: Can I join them together to make one continuous length?
A: Simply align them together to make no gap between lengths - do not use end caps and you will be able to make nice one continuous length. (You can also use a mounting clip at the joints to keep an even line)

Q3: How do you pack the goods?
A: Normal profiles, diffusers, accessories are individually packaged and can be individually packaged upon request.

Q4: What is the delivery time ?
A: 7-15 working days according to your order volume.
