This equipment is mainly suitable for vacuuming and hot-pressing packaging of flexible packaging (medium and small size) lithium batteries after being punctured by a bayonet. The head is made of copper material, which has good heat transfer effect, saves power consumption, improves work efficiency, and saves energy compared with similar products. The pressure of the upper and lower heads can be adjusted by the pressure regulating valve to meet the requirements of different process parameters.
The upper and lower heads are driven by a cylinder and guided by
two linear guide sleeves, which can move up and down flexibly, and
the guidance is accurate to ensure the parallelism of the product
after edge sealing. With automatic piercing function, waste liquid
recovery device, the cover cavity is driven by a cylinder, guided
by a linear guide sleeve, flexible up and down movement, and
accurate guidance to ensure product sealing requirements.
It can be applied to different specifications of product batteries,
and the adjustment is simple and convenient. Simple operation,
beautiful appearance, small size and light weight.
First, a closed cavity is formed by using the upper and lower
cavities, and then the cavity is evacuated to form a negative
pressure state. Then, the sealing head uses the heat conduction
effect to act on the packaging material (laminated film) of the
lithium battery, so that it is heated and softened to a molten
state and fused together. The heat source is transmitted to the
head (copper) through the resistance heating tube, and then
conducted to the aluminum-plastic film to be welded under a certain
pressure to complete the pressure welding. The temperature of the
head can be adjusted and maintained at a constant temperature
through a temperature-sensing thermocouple and a thermostat.
Connect the air source and power supply. Connect the vacuum source.
Turn on the power and set the air pressure. Encapsulation
temperature value, encapsulation time value, vacuum degree value
and its various parameter values (it can be set inside, the user
can no longer set it).
When the temperature reaches the set value, put the product in, and
simultaneously activate the left and right buttons with both hands.
The cover automatically descends and presses the O-ring on the
bottom plate, so that the product is packaged in a vacuum-tight
environment. Automatically start the vacuum, when the vacuum degree
reaches the set value range, start the packaging.
