Low Pressure Casting Machine Introduction:

1. This machine is a low pressure die casting machine which is specialized in producing copper alloy and zinc alloy products.

2. Machine structure: the equipment mainly includes machine tools, heating furnace, charging equipment, graphite tank, mold cleaning room, hoist and crane control system, hydraulic system, casting system, pneumatic system and other parts.

3. The control system is controlled by Siemens ET200PLC, and the manipulator is moved by servo, with high speed, stable performance and high control precision.

4. Furnace weight 1.8t, melting speed 350kg/h, all inductors, water jacket cooling water with flow pressure detection, alarm.

5. Material taking equipment: with front and rear, left and right, left and right, up and down functions, can send the product to the warehouse.
