Working Principle:

First, the materials are transported to the bulk grain tank through the lifting equipment. Under the effect of the bulk grain tank, the materials are dispersed into a uniform waterfall surface and enter the vertical air screen. After air separation, the light impurities are discharged from the light impurities outlet of the dust remover. The materials flow into the specific gravity table. According to the specific gravity difference between the materials and impurities, the impurities with small specific gravity flow from the surface to the low end and are discharged from the light impurities outlet of the specific gravity table. The good materials are distributed at the bottom Flow to the high end and enter the vibrating grading screen; adjust the precision punching screen pieces of different specifications according to the external dimensions of the materials, remove the large and small impurities, and divide the finished products into large, medium and small particles by increasing or decreasing the number of layers of the screen pieces.
