250K liquefied natural gas pipeline HDPIR Sliding Pipe Support

The supporting block of the reinforced sliding pipe support adopts the wedge-shaped interface, and the cooling effect is better than that of the straight-slit interface.

For the pipe with diameter 457mm, the density of the supporting block is 250Kg/m, and the insulation thickness is 100mm with the length 450mm. In the engineering case, this kind of product has better strength grade and remarkable cooling effect.

In terms of reinforced structure, 6 reinforcing bars are set at the clip lug plate of this product, and the overall strength of the pipe support is improved by 3 grades.

In addition, the bolts of this kind of reinforced pipe support adopt hot dip galvanizing process, and the corrosion resistance is higher than ordinary bolts. With the double-layer cooling structure, the cooling effect is significantly better than that of single-layer cooling structure.
