Sanki MFC-S3B(3A) Electromagnetic Vibratory Feeder Controller
1 . Descriptions:
Automatic Voltage Regulation: The controller ensures a consistent feeding speed by eliminating feed speed variation caused by mains voltage fluctuation.
Soft Startup: To prevent sudden shock to the feed material and vibratory feeder, the controller gradually increases the output voltage from 0 to the preset value during startup.
Over Current Protection: If the output current exceeds the rated value due to mis-operation, the controller automatically stops its output to protect itself and the vibratory feeder.
Over Heat Protection: Equipped with overheat protection, the controller stops its output if the internal temperature becomes too high, ensuring the safety of the controller.
Short-Circuit Protection: In case of a short circuit at the output, the controller's internal fuse is blown, providing protection to both the controller and the vibratory feeder from further damage.
Remote ON/OFF Control: The controller offers two groups of ON/OFF control ports that can be connected to switch sensors or PLCs, enabling remote control of the controller's operation.
Remote Speed Control: Convenient and flexible speed control is achieved by remotely adjusting the output voltage of the controller using an external potentiometer, a PLC, or a 1-5V DC signal.
