Q1. What is your warranty?
A: Splash, water,and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.

Q2. Why not response when pressing the power button?
A: Please check if the battery has been exhausted. As the battery may still discharge during transportation, it is recommended that you charge the helmet for 3 to 4 hours before using it.

Q3. Helmet liner can be cleaned?
A: Yes, Our helmets are PA webbing and washable pads.

Q4. Can you share the parameter of the camera?
A: 1064 model photosensitive chip; 4 pieces of glass lenses; resolution: 1280*720; interpolation: 1920*1080; frame rate:30fps

Q5. How long it will last if I only use bluetooth?
A: It will last 6-8 hours if you only use bluetooth for music playing.
