The Kawasaki CP500LEE03 is a Robust High-Speed Long-Reach Palletising Robot with a payload of 500 kg.
Kawasaki CP-Series robots are designed specifically for palletising applications. With 2 servo motors with 2 air-cooled reduction units on the first axis, the CP-Series are the fastest robot palletisers in the industry.
COMPACT APPLICATIONS
The CP-Series combine a large working envelop with a small
footprint with no counter weight at the back. This powerful robot
can be safely integrated in guarded area's, which are smaller in
dimensions then the working range by using Kawasaki's safety
monitor Cubic-S, which monitors the movements of the robot
permanently.
LARGE WORK ENVELOPE
The high vertical reach capability of the Kawasaki Palletizing
Robots is ideal for tall pallet creation and multi-lane
applications where the robot is required to reach over incoming and
outgoing production lines. The extra-long horizontal reach allows
for one Kawasaki robot to be used in applications where five or
more outgoing pallet lanes are required.
HIGH PAYLOAD
The high payload capabilities of the Kawasaki Palletizing Robots
allow for multiple product picks and complete pallet layer
handling, resulting in fewer cycles per completed pallet.
SPACE- AND ENERGY SAVING ROBOT CONTROLLER
The CP-Series E03 controller is only 25% of the standard
palletising controller size (41% with transformer unit) and fits
under conveyors and other equipment. The E03 controller generates
electric power while in a deceleration mode, reducing energy
consumption and minimizing CO2 emissions.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE
The Kawasaki CP-Series palletising robots are the fastest and most

body of the robot) is driven by 2 powerful servo motors with
fan-forced air-cooled reduction units. This unique feature makes
the CP-Series the fastest accelerating palletising robots in the
industry with the shortest cycle times and the highest palletising
capacity.

The lightweight arm along with high-output high-revolution motors
provide industry leading acceleration and high-speed operation. The
acceleration rate automatically adjusts to suit the payload and
robot posture to deliver optimum performance and the shortest cycle
times.
WIDE WORK RANGE
In addition to extending the robot's maximum reach, the rotation
range of each axis has also been increased. The extended motion
range translates to a larger usable work area with minimal
dead-space and greater flexibility.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
The R Series incorporates a double-seal construction on all axes
and the electrical connections are water-resistant, offering an
IP67 classification for the wrist and IP65 for the remaining axes.
If a wash-down arm is required, the entire robot can be provided as
IP67.
HIGH TORQUE
High-output motors, combined with a rigid arm construction, allow
for superior wrist torque and load capacity.
INTEGRATED FEATURES
Built-in pneumatic lines and internal wiring for sensors and
solenoid valves are standard. Mounting pads and taps are provided
to allow easy installation of additional cabling, tubing or
equipment.
SPACE SAVING
The slim arm design requires very little floor space. Multiple
robots can be installed in "high-density" applications without
impeding performance.
PROGRAMMING FLEXIBILITY
R Series Robots can be programmed in two ways, via the robot teach
pendant or a computer, and using one of the two Kawasaki's
programming methodologies, Block Step or AS Language. The Block
Step programming method eliminates time consuming program teaching
with auto-path generating software. The powerful AS Language
provides ultimate flexibility via any word processor text file and
enables the programmer to create advanced logic, manipulate program
locations, integrate peripheral components and control the
application process.
