What is Photo Etching?

Photo etching is a very cost-effective alternative of stamping, laser cutting, punching or CNC machining when the thickness of metal parts is between 0.02mm to 1.5mm.

• Materials: Stainless steel 201, 202, 301, 304L, 304, 316, 316L, Iron 430, Aluminum, Copper, Brass etc.
• Products: Encoder wheels, Linear encoders, EMI RFI Shielding, Components, Shim mask, Etching craft, Ornaments,Precision machinery parts
• Material Thickness : Between 0.02mm and 1.5mm
• Tolerances:Tolerances can be held to 0.005 mm (+/-0.0002 inch) depending on thickness of material.
