1. Description of Ceramic Bead Blasting Media Zirconia Sand

Zirconia Ceramic Beads is one kind of ceramic blasting media,it selects the high grade zirconium sand as

main raw materials,then fused in electro furnace in high temperature,
then made into micro beads by the special technology.Its main chemical composition is 60-60% ZrO_2,

it has the characteristics of high hardness, good elasticity, high gloss and high durability.

3. Why ceramic beads is suitable for sandblasting media?

Firstly,ceramic beads has good sophericity and smooth surface,which ensures it is able to

be rebounded in multi angles when blasting the workpieces,there is little damage to the treatment surface

and achieve different matte effect;

Secondly, ceramic beads has high hardness, it is not easy to be broken down in the high blasting speed,

the non-broken beads will keep the original shape then go on working,it will achieve the consistent blasting

effect,because people donot need to refuel the new beads frequently. Then aslo improve the blasting effect
