B111 C71500 Heat Exchanger Tube Strength

1. Tensile Strength: Copper alloy tubes typically have higher tensile strengths compared to pure copper, which has a tensile strength of about 210 MPa (30,000 psi). Copper-Nickel: Can reach tensile strengths of about 500 to 700 MPa (72,000 to 100,000 psi).
2. Yield Strength: It indicates the maximum load that can be applied without permanent deformation. Copper alloys generally have yield strengths significantly higher than that of pure copper, providing better performance in load-bearing applications.
