The automatic gel single-dose tube filling and sealing machine is a dedicated solution for low-fluidity gel products in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, veterinary and chemical industries. It combines high-precision ceramic pump dosing with ultrasonic heat-melt sealing and trimming, delivering neat, strong and hygienic seals on a wide range of single-use tubes and multi-row strip tubes.

A robust cam indexing mechanism drives a rotary table equipped with dedicated tube clamps, creating 6–8 intermittent working stations for tube feeding, orientation, filling, sealing, trimming and discharge. This fully mechanical transmission concept ensures accurate, repeatable motion, low wear, low noise and no air-source contamination, which is critical for regulated cleanroom environments.

To address the poor flowability of gel formulations, the machine uses a ceramic metering pump, proven by factory tests to achieve stable 1 g filling with a typical filling error within ±2%. Filling volume can be easily adjusted, and change parts allow different tube specifications to be processed on the same platform.

All product-contact parts are manufactured from high-grade stainless steel 316 with smooth surface finishes to minimize residual product and cross-contamination risk. Quick-release connections enable rapid dismantling for cleaning and format changeover, enhancing uptime and supporting strict GMP and FDA hygiene protocols.

The LYNJ‑3 supports both manual tube loading and automatic feeding via vibratory bowl and robotic arm, making it suitable for small to medium batch production as well as semi-automatic pilot lines. Comprehensive factory quality controls cover appearance, noise, dry run, electrical safety, load testing, production capacity, fill accuracy, foam control, seal appearance and long-term system stability, ensuring each unit leaves the factory ready for consistent, validated operation.
